Do i need to have prior tufting experience to book a session?
Not at all! Our sessions are tailored to guide everyone through the rug making process regardless of their level of knowledge and experience. You are guaranteed to come out with a beautiful piece at the end of the day!
How long does a rug take to make
Depending on the size and complexity of your piece, a rug can take anywhere from 2 to 8 hours to make.
what if i do not finish my piece on time?
You can stay for however long you need to finish your rug. Moreover, you can book a second day session (within a month of the first session) to continue working on your rug, free of charge. We will keep your work safe in the studio for when you come back to finish it.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
All materials needed will be provided by us. However, you will be there for a while, so make sure you come in comfortable clothes. If you have long hair, make sure to bring a hair tie with you.
Can I bring in food or drinks?
Bottled water and light snacks will be available for purchase in the studio. There is also a coffee shop right around the corner. However, you are welcome to bring in your own bottled water and light snack. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the studio.
I can't make it to my appointment, can I reschedule?
Of course! Give us a call or send us an email and we will have it rescheduled for you! There is no deposit or any payment required to book, so this will not affect you.
Can I book for multiple people?
Yes! You get 30% off for groups of 5 and more. Groups can be as large as 15. So, bring your family! Bring your dates! And most importantly, bring your enthusiasm!
How old should I be to book a tufting session?
You must be at least 13 to book a tufting session. If you are between the ages of 13 & 17, you must have the guardian permission waiver signed while booking. Ages under 13 must have their guardian present with them throughout the session.
Can two people tuft on the same frame?
Using two tufting machines at the same time on the same frame can be unsafe and might also affect the quality of your rug. Therefore, only one machine is allowed per frame. However, you are welcome to bring someone to take turns with if you are booking the medium or large frame!
Can I recieve my rug the same day after my session?
Absolutely! If you are fully done making your rug, you take it home with you the same day. If you are only interesting in the tufting part and not the finishing, you can choose to have us finalize the rug, for an extra fee. We will text you to pick up your rug once it is ready.

Can I come check out the place without booking?
Absolutely! We'd love to have you come in check out the studio, try the tufting machine, learn about the process, no booking required!
What is Rug tufting?
Rug tufting is a method of creating rugs by pushing yarn through a fabric backing using a tool called a tufting gun.
What are the essential tools I need to start tufting?
To make a basic rug, you will need a frame, tufting machine, primary cloth, yarn, and primary adhesive. You can give your rug a clean finish by adding a backing, and using a clipper to shape and clean up the design.
